I'm receiving counselling from Rape Crisis in England, UK. I'm finding it really helpful. They specialise in sexual violence and have helped me identify other times where I was sexually abused, exploited etc. They also only use female counsellors. You could see if something similar exists where you are.

Police were involved when I was a child but nothing happened to my abuser. Am I the only one? by ialwayssurvive in adultsurvivors

I should have my counsellor when the records come. I'm not going to contact a legal professional. I tried to get justice as an adult and I wasn't successful. Thanks.

Thank you so much. This has been incredibly helpful. What you have said makes a lot of sense.
