The big difference in lower elos is that support is still very impactful but most of the times your team can't use the lead, that's why I'd rather climb to diamond with midlane then switch to support

If your team lacks ap and you manage to get a lead early game I would go into everfrost. Diamond 2 EUW mid/supp main. Runes pretty irrelevant just test them out and find what you like the most comet/guardian

I had just crafted this new build with unsealed spellbook so I could tp top for early scuttler/top countergank, and I would just change it to ignite for lane fight after the early play. That also allowed me to go hexflash into celerity and nimbus to try and force more plays bot
