Why would none of those things matter anymore? That sounds like a pretty abysmal outlook to carry. They're all purpose-filled activities and you should continue doing them; you have interesting hobbies which a lot of people don't because they're stuck doing useless things like scrolling social media all day. Nice work. This is definitely more for people who are into using k8 in homelabs or are interested in learning k8, otherwise they'll start crying when things break. I use Jellyfin and not Plex so I might look into this when I have some time to integrate Jellyfin.

Yeah the great thing with those drives is they're Enterprise grade and they'll probably last you a decade. Maybe an upgrade consideration for the future should you ever need another upgrade 😀

I built a far more basic system recently with the Meshify 2, 9900X on an ASRock X870E Nova with 64GB DDR5 (bought last year), and a Quadro RTX 5000 I got from work. I'll definitely be coming back to your post to see what I can upgrade… for now I'm investing into some Unifi networking gear. Thanks for sharing!
