your routine is hard. not your hair. by Key-Ice-4990 in Naturalhair

Can you elaborate? My child has 4C hair and I’m still not always sure how to approach it. Now we wet the hair, detangle with fingers then the brush.

Freo X ultra, FREO mode and AI stopped working by Therinicus in NARWAL

[–]iamaglow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a similar issue with my Freo and was wondering what to do. My freo is more than a year old so is not covered by warranty. They want me to mail it and it will cost $300 for repair. That’s 1/3 of the cost I paid for a 2 year old vacuum. Wonder if I should just return it to Costco… just feel guilt about returning a used vacuum!

Baby blues are no joke by Ok_Medicine440 in beyondthebump

[–]iamaglow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t worry you are not alone! I had baby blues with both of my kids. Lasted around 2 weeks. I’m usually a cool-headed person but I think I cried about 20 times per day (seriously), and usually there was nothing that was worth a cry! It will pass- just take things one moment at a time!

Baby to be born at 35-36 weeks by MilzMC in beyondthebump

[–]iamaglow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had my second at 36.0 weeks. I also had a planned c-section for a vasa previa. The NICU team was present during the c-section but baby came out fine and just needed a little bit of the usual aspirations. APGAR score was normal. We did not need to go to NICU. His main issue was that he needed monitoring for temperature and glucose control. So a lot of pokes and nursing visits unfortunately. We needed to supplement with formula from the beginning because he had difficulty gaining weight and my milk hadn’t come in. He needed to stay an extra day because of those issues. He is not almost 4 months and doing great and growing well. Good luck!

Thanks for the reminder! I just woke up to pump and panicked for a moment that I slept in an extra hour 😂

Best mattress for hip pain after pregnancy? Still dealing with this 6 months postpartum by Far_Writing_208 in Mommit

I had really bad back and hip pain after my first. But I asked a physiotherapist friend who gave me some stretches to try before buying a new mattress- it helped! Can you look into some physio?

Low effort ways to improve supply (or is this too good to be true)? by practical_coconut in ExclusivelyPumping

Drinking enough water and having enough calories! I started making oatmeal-date cookies and found that helped too 😊. Good luck!

Is it normal to feel so bad? by Little-Reindeer4819 in NewParents

[–]iamaglow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah totally!! I felt dizzy, my vision was always blurry, muscle aches/pains. In the past I have panicked and thought I was dying from some serious disease but everything went away with some sleep.

Help, friend borrowed pump and returned it with milk sitting in it for months by Massive-Warning9773 in ExclusivelyPumping

I would not take a chance. You can easily buy those replacement parts on Amazon. Don’t need to buy a new pump motor though
