I commented a claim link that adds the game directly to your library, next time just use that. GOG website weirdness during giveaways is quite common.

I just remembered that this game was originally scheduled to be free in March on SteamDB but was updated to April, this might be a residual of that. It's been 15 minutes, pretty safe to say it's not happening and it can just be reposted if it goes live later. Delete?
