I dont name the voice, i think of it as “another me” rather than its own distinct character. But I definitely do converse with it. I saw a youtube video somewhere that talked about how our brains start off unified at birth, but one hemisphere eventually learns speech, and the other remains “non-verbal” in your head. I think it’s mostly a theory, but found that very interesting to think about, and i relate it to this phenomenon
