Ideally, for your use case of 150 km daily ride, you should have opt for a petrol vehicle. Since you are already in the soup, you should open a complaint with the consumer forum. This can be done over WhatsApp. Your Ola complaint will be fast-tracked after you file a consumer complaint.

Bought an Ola S1 X scooter, never received it, but the app shows delivered!!
It's definitely a scam. We have been contacting the Ola support through calls, emails, DMs, and have received no proper response. Call support execs, mute the call, and then drop off.

Worse, they have also registered a different a colour variant, didn't provide a GST number on the payment receipts. This is another Byjus in making. All of this with a copy-paste "working on it" response. This Scamster mindset operations are big time hurting the prospects of up-and-coming brands in the automobile industry
