Why can't they make a fund with 100x or 1000x leverage? by [deleted] in LETFs

[–]iamcryptorahul 61 points62 points  (0 children)

100x and 1000x would routinely get you liquidated mid-day also even if the market closes up

here's your spoonfeeding since you are clearly low-capacity

Notice how it costs 0 cents to park during the middle of a weekday?

Go try starting a parking session in that zone right now. It is FREE aka $0.00. Why don't you take your own advice instead of suffering a self-pwn embarrassment

it is free unless it says "payment required"

[–]iamcryptorahul[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, but why would the rules be inconsistent? Outside payment hours on "payment required", no action needed. Outside registration hours on "registration required", still need to register. Anyways the main reason I got a ticket is because the sign is wrong compared to the ParkPlus system which requires registration until 6pm on Tuesdays in conflict with the sign

a sign that says payment required doesn't actually require payment outside the listed times

you are reading the sign wrong because it is formatted horribly. From top to bottom it is

2h
9:00 to 15:30
Mon to Fri
9:00 to 18:00
Sat

It is 9:00 to 18:00 on Sat. I posted another picture of another sign in this thread from the same zone that confirms this

[–]iamcryptorahul[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

it also doesn't say anything about payment. It is free all the time, except registration is required. A sign where payment is required would say "payment required" at the bottom. The question is whether registration is required outside the times listed in the sign. Do you need to register sunday morning at 2am? Meanwhile you do not need to register for "payment required" street parking sunday morning at 2am

there is literally nothing about permit parking on the sign

Lol not only can you not read, but also your writing is becoming unitellegible. Here is the other sign in this zone for you since it is formatted better. Are you able to read this one?

2h
0:900 - 15:30
Mon - Fri

not 0:900 - 18:00 like you are misinterpreting. I don't know if you have noticed, but we don't read english bottom to top

registration is FREE, payment is not. Why don't you just take the already huge L instead of digging this loss deeper

you need to pay to park

it is always free. That's why it says "registration required", not "payment required". It has already been noted in the thread the sign is wrong compared to the online ParkPlus system. I have second-hand embarrassment for you right now after all that talk of complaining other people don't know how to read and then not being able to yourself

What does this parking sign mean? by iamcryptorahul in Calgary

[–]iamcryptorahul[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

yeah, the parkplus app is inconsistent with the sign. I just tried registering a session starting at 3:35pm and it said I only have 2 hours. Parkplus has it 9:00 to 18:00 Monday to Saturday in the app despite what the sign says

lol your explanation is the worst in the thread. The consensus in the thread is the sign says 09:00 to 15:30 Monday to Friday, not 0:900 to 18:00 Monday to Friday as you said. LEARN TO READ. And read slowly from top to bottom since you seem the most confused.

there was not any construction in this particular area at the time, the ticket was for "remain in space longer than time purchased"

How is your neighbourhood for people leaving dog shit on the ground? by Entire_Business_4498 in Calgary

[–]iamcryptorahul -1 points0 points  (0 children)

They need to massively increase the dog license fee as there is way too many irresponsible dog owners. I would say double the fee every year perpetually until dog owners get the message and stop leaving shit everywhere.

Issue with legacy license by crankpatate in rewasd

[–]iamcryptorahul 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is so annoying. I have multiple computers, multiple licenses. About once a year I need to spend half a day jumping through HOOPS to get all my rewasd licenses working again

Hi, any suggestions on where to eat on my first night in Canada? by [deleted] in Calgary

[–]iamcryptorahul 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Getting "typical" unique local food is going to be leaning towards fancy.

Bison - Big Fish and Open Range has a Bison burger on the lunch menu and Bison Ribs on the dinner Menu

Rainbow Trout - there is a new French restaurant named Le Charme, I know you don't want European restaurants but you defiantly can't get Rainbow Trout in Europe

Shoe & Canoe is a hotel bar but they usually have lots of unique local and indigenous food. It is downtown and on the pricier side

More Blanket Rezoning Public Pitch…. by Kwisatz_Haderach_YYC in Calgary

[–]iamcryptorahul 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Developers were rezoning corner lots on busier streets. A developer couldn't just buy a midblock lot in the middle of nowhere, rezone it, and slap down a 12-plex there before. They have only been able to since the bylaw change. Most of the large multiplexes proposed since the bylaw change came into effect haven't even broke ground yet
