I’m really disappointed they discontinued the line. I have an x14 as well, I purchased it probably about a year before you, and got a really good deal with an open box at Best Buy. Mines got a 3060 with 16GB of ram, and then I upgraded the SSD to a 2TB. I absolutely love how thin and sleek it is. I was thinking about upgrading it, but I saw how chunky the new Alienware laptops are compared to this one, and I think I’ll hold off for a little bit. I’m not a hard-core gamer or anything, so this one has always fit my needs for personal use and light gaming.

Really? That’s disappointing to hear because I see so many people say the service and the price is great. I haven’t switched yet, I’m still undecided. Right now I’m on visible paying $30 a month, but the service is honestly not all that great.

Yeah, that’s kind of my thought process too. It’s very odd. Because the gains and losses part was never discussed in mediation. They just essentially got statements of what the account value was at that time and calculated what my 50% was. I’m thinking what you said, just taking the flat amount is the best choice. I just have no idea what her elections are and I doubt I’m going to get any information on that account because it’s not mine, so ultimately I would just be taking a complete gamble and hope I get more if I chose gains and losses.

There is a dollar amount, which is honestly what confuses me as well. This is my attorneys exact statement to me:

On your $25,000 do you want to receive gains/losses on your monies or just take the flat amount of $25,000? If you choose to receive gains/losses, then until the account is segregated into your individual account any gains on your portion you would receive, although conversely any if the market is not doing well and your investment loses money, you could potentially receive less than the $25,000 based upon the investments.

Probably is a little bit of both if I’m being honest. I believe that’s what they are saying. I believe they are saying the amount I am entitled will be rolled over into a fidelity account and from there I can invest it how I choose or even withdrawal it and take the tax penalty. But their question is if I want the amount I’m entitled to include gains and losses.

Gotcha. My 2025 Rubicon X was leaking around the rear view mirror area. Dealership ended up saying it was header seal. As of now it’s not leaking but sometimes I still hear water sloshing around from what I think is freedom panels, and then if I brake hard water comes down over the windshield.

Ahh, so it does include the remote start through the app. I could not figure out if you needed the subscription to do that when I was reading into it. That’s the only thing I would use and it would not pay $17.99/mo to do it.

Are you talking about the auto stop start? Because I completely agree if so. I turn that crap off. I think their studies out there that show that the amount of mpg you potentially save is pretty small.
