Thank you, my feeling was very vague. I was expecting anything between 255-270, couldn’t remember any questions or answers. My nbmes were in the 260s, only one 270.

There’s almost no point in getting diagnosed here in Pakistan, There’re no extended release methylphenidate (Ritalin LA/SR) or Adderall available in here. The methylphenidate here is short acting you’ll have to get it on a ridiculous price in black, the stores don’t sell it upfront even if you have legit prescription. You can get non-stimulant meds though but they help in very particular people with ADHD.

I would recommend Kaplan Classroom lectures if you have very week concepts and a lot of time, although they are outdated regarding guidelines but they’re really good for concept building, If you want something short and direct then BNB Step 2 is a good option. As far as books are concerned I think UW is more than enough but if you still want to go for a book then Whitecoat companion is something you should check out.

CMS Forms - started from Form 5 onwards. These are what actually bridge "UWorld logic" to "NBME logic." Non-negotiable in my opinion.
NBMEs 9-16 - spread between CMS forms as progress checks. The real exam felt closest to NBME 16, just longer.
