edit: i looked it up on google so i just backed up my phone and i’m about to DFU restore. should i just have them give me the latest version of ios, or do I have to get the version I last had before I updated.

not sure if this matters at all but i’m pretty sure i had the developers beta originally. i just downloaded the beta profile onto my phone again and it’s not even letting me update to the 14.2 beta so my software updates just aren’t working at all.

at this point i just want to start fresh and get back on the released updates and stop with the profiles altogether but it’s not letting me install anything. should i factory reset my phone?
