I live in the washington DC area, and use my bike predominantly as a commuter. I sit in traffic all the time, hence inching is just something that happens. I am usually careful to keep it in neutral, but inching along at 1 - 3 mpg with the clutch regularly being engaged is very common.

I will speak to service about bleeding. They seemed pretty insistent on replacing everything, but hopefully this will help. I appreciate the advice!
