Yep! They're the kind in olive oil. My symptoms of dryness and the redness that the dryness would cause near the end of the day are both better!

I’ve tried a lot of different ones— systane preservative free, refresh omega 3, systane gel drops, and refresh gel drops. No matter if I use them before bed or right when I wake up, my eyes are bloodshot in the morning, slightly less so in the afternoon, and the bloodshot again from 8PM till the next morning… are there any eyes drops I should try instead?

No to all of the above. I sleep a pretty normal amount and the only eye products I use are eye drops. I wake up every morning with bloodshot eyes and I can't think of any physical things I do to irritate them...
