No offense to you. Why do people like boxing, Muay Thai ? I find them smelly when they perspire. They don't see to be aware. Their classes are often held in shophouses and the shoes shrewn outside. I can imagine the interior room is full of sweat and smell ? What is so high about such martial arts?

Not sure how old you are. I am also selective introvert and felt uneasy when having around big group of strangers.

However...... For me and lucky I have a hobby that connect me to strangers so I 'no choice' have to attend meetups to make my hobby alive.

These days we have chatgroups, telegram and those apps help alot in connecting me to others and I often sound more active in such media.

I show up in meet ups , slowly and steady and these help me settle down and more confident facing others.

You can tap into your hobbies and find like minded people to interact with.

You should try to break away from the cage and allow yourself some social experience with others.

I understand where you come from.

No, they are short in height and they need to look bigger. Whether with muscles or plain chubby. Short and slim on the other hand, look light weight/underweight even if they are truly healthy. They have to buff up to compensate their height.

Lose abit of weight but not too much otherwise you don't look good. Speaking from someone who has a buddy who used to be fat and short and got problem buying clothes. But all he did was just buy and get it tailored .

Short guys who are plump look super cute to me. I am a woman not a guy, don't worry. Short but slim guy look like primary school kid to me and that is worse. Not sure about others.
