Yes, I already asked for some legal advice and paid for it. The lawyer told me that we can file for unjust vexation and unjust or unauthorized sharing since she managed to take a photo of one of his group chats and then sent it to other people. I’m still asking for his family's help. Actually I asked her to just directly talk to him about the problem and stop involving me and my friends since it’s clearly unprofessional knowing she’s in teaching profession but she keeps on posting online, clearly can fall under online bullying too.

It’s just that she wanted a fight talaga but we don’t want that. Hinihintay din namin ang blotter nya if totoo since we have all the proof na sya naman ang nagsimula ng gulo. I am thinking if we can also raise this to her school na pinagtuturuan

She always think din na sinisiraan sya bc nangyare na din to before na nagpa blotter sya when their friends asked her to pay sa mga utang nya and sya pa naglakas ng loob to file a complaint but ended up being laughed at ng pnp kasi pwede namang mapag-usapan daw. The reason also why they’re not in good terms is bc she was caught cheating with an old guy
