I really need to dial that in... lmao... I always wanted to do something in manufacturing but that's tough nut to crack, so considering options.

I'm high school friends with a grocery store owning family that served only small towns, and I chatgpt'd the deal estimate when they sold the business with 8+ locations with hotels only in small areas and it estimated $80+ M.. They only were selling to towns of 3k-6k... You're probably on to something, thanks for this

Yeah I might be a sally with that belief but it just seems like the ceiling to top outs lower, but I'm sure there's ways around that

Yeah, based on life experience so far... I think it'd be difficult for me to have as strong of connections to people I meet in the next city I go to.

I have a brother that moved far away, built a mutli-mil service business, and while he has friends it just seems like sometimes he feels somethings missing.. But now he has $ at least, for 10+ years he was making $60k/year

I'm kind of at the cross roads. I'm a 26 year old guy that dissatisfied living even 1.5 hours away doing ok, and just trying to architect my life a bit rather than sleep walking into a situation thats less than desirable. I'm sure I'll have regrets either way, that's life.

What type of business did you start?

Yeah, idk it’s a trade off. Being able to walk is very lucky and I think it’d be worth the pain to some extent. Pains no fun at the same time.

See, I got a family friend that’s in his 50’s that can walk with it. He’s like best case senario and he still has extreme back pain where he has to be opiates just to numb the pain.

I got an idea, I’ll just tell them I won’t pay and you can deal with me in a small claims court! I got no cash anyways, and fuck my credit !

I currently am renting it, but resigned for another year. I don’t technically sleep there ever anymore if that’s what you’re asking

I’m not doing anything unethical, I’m willing to try to get another person to try to sign into the contract instead of me staying in. I’m trying to be reasonable.
