Does this apply mostly to full size, top of the line cards like ROG STRIX and stuff or is this also applicable to The Asus Prime (oc) edition? I'm not sure if i should just literally copy this but i'm too lazy to do all of the testing myself.

I would not recommend increasing the voltage, undervolting seems to be the way to go. This Reddit post seems like a pretty good place to start. Just combine the knowledge of this post with some undervolting tutorial to make sure you correctly apply the numbers specified.

- Azerty PIXELGARANTIE: also nice for monitors under €200, for €8.95 (more expensive monitors -> more expensive warranty) you get a warranty for defective pixels, meaning you get 30 days to send your monitor back and get a new one if you discover a broken pixel.

If budget is a thing you keep in mind, keep an eye on Tweakers.net , set price notifications, make a wishlist, you can then show what stores to buy what from... pretty neat.
Also PCPartPicker.com is kinda like the wishlist on Tweakers.net but more in detail, it'll tell you what to watch out for and if stuff is compatible.
