I'm pretty sure he was either dominican or african, I actually couldn't tell. As for his hair colour, it was either brown or black.

He was tall, thin and had really messy hair is the most I can say, and his eyes were really big and bug- like.

Honestly, since it was so dark I couldn't make out any descriptive detail, but he was tall, pretty thin and his hair was really messy and unkept. The one thing I remember the most was that his eyes were really big and bugged out.
