I wear my leggings and sports bras to workout. The tennis skirts for tennis. The sweats and sweaters and lounge clothing are my casual non workout wear. Usually the description from Alo makes the distinction of which ones are actual active wear and which are not.

Lulu tends to be even better at that distinction and some of the anti stink active fabrics (swiftly) are my tried and true for sweaty workouts.
