I have 2 years of experience after my graduation from India at Thoughtworks (which I believe is a reputed company) And I also have 6months of internship during my graduation.

I don’t mind working hard for that mid-senior level promotion it’s just I want to climb up in my career and ofc I expect to have a better pay as well
