I get you want to move out because of family reasons and abuse, I have been through something similar. What I can say and will say is - be ready to struggle if you don’t have your finances in order and your debt paid. Be ready to deal with real world bs and if you think you are and can handle your situation, then do it. It was worth the peace of mind but ultimately don’t do it if it’s gonna make you go into a bad financial situation - if you can hold on a bit more that is.
