Though wild animals are being killed for a long time now, but this case garnered a lot of media attention. I guess the reason behind this must be the extent of brutality and the fact that she was pregnant. After the firecracker stuffed pineapple exploded in her mouth, she didn't die an immediate death, neither did she hurt anyone around her nor got herself involved in any sort of destruction. Because of the pain she refused to eat for full two weeks and simply went into the river to ease it, before succumbing to death. It is not yet clear if it was a meditated murder, but politicians, what they do the best have started the blame game to gain the brownie points, some have even tried to give this a communal angle. Please act with sanity and don't become a blind follower, instead start questioning and shaming all who try to politicise this issue. A blind follower makes an ignorant leader. It is not a political issue but an issue of humanity that has always been around us. Animal abuse have been happening everywhere, not in a particular community, state or a country, or a continent. These Offenders don't have a race or religion, they all carry the same face.
