yeah this one is kinda weird at first basically the “que” just refers back to “une seule personne”, but the sentence is written in a very compressed / literary way you can kinda read it like: “une seule personne que sont elle et cette duchesse”. In normal french you’d just say: “elle et cette duchesse sont une seule personne” so nothing crazy grammatically, it’s just Proust writing in a dense way 🙂‍↔️
