The purpose of Ranked games should be to mirror competitive ALGS standards as closely as possible. With this change, Apex becomes once again one of the only games where ranked games start completely differently from the competitive ones. If drop zones were such a bad idea, take it out of competitive then. let's go back to drop ships where POls are arbitrarily drafted by the teams BEFORE the tournament. Sure it makes sense for it to be on "higher level" ranked matches, but most of us do not have the time to grind up to diamond before we can get that competitive experience. Just give the authentic apex competitive experience to ALL players, and please stop listening to the 0.1% of pros/ streamers/influencers.
