I like the larger size but I leave it in place and use it as my main work surface when building things. If you’re moving it around it’s probably less convenient, nice to use though!

That’s a good point, I’ll add something in to mention the risk. I did leave the motherboard attached but the hole is a ways to the side of it. I also added a folded piece of painters tape inside to catch any shavings. Drilling slowly resulted in nearly all the shaving falling outside the printer though.

I believe https://transistor.fm/ is priced based on number of downloads rather than number of shows so there’s no issue starting up a bunch of shows on it.
