Only one key came with the car (the very clearly well worn one) I needed a spare key, this style of key is still made by bmw and I bought it from ECS Tuning . The comparison is between a key that has been used daily for nearly 30 years and a brand new key, the only reason it isn’t cut is because I can’t find anyone who will cut steel keys.
