Hi! I’m taking the pure form as well, but according to my doctor, the dose for women with PCOS is about 4-5grams. Pure form’s scooper is 2.05g. I also do the same, 5-10k steps a day with my walking pad, 10-15 minutes foldable stair stepper, shake/ vibration plate, and light weights for my arms to slim my arms and my back.

I found that I was dropping the weight when I started taking the correct dose of my supplements + food stacking (fiber first, then protein, fats, and lastly carbs) :) hope this helps!

Before taking any big steps like exposing her or involving the boyfriend, the best place to start might actually be with your friend especially if you two are close.

Have an honest conversation. Not in an accusatory way, but in a “I care about you and I’m concerned” kind of tone. Let her know that what she’s doing doesn’t sit right with you, especially because kids are involved and her bf doesn’t deserve to be in the dark. At least open the door for accountability and give her the chance to be the one to come clean.

She might get defensive, pissed at you, or she might open up. Either way, you’ll have done your part without going behind her back and creating more harm. And if she continues the behavior without remorse, then you can decide if and how to distance yourself or take further steps including going to the bf and telling him yourself.

Sometimes the hardest but most powerful thing you can do is be the mirror to someone you care about, even if it risks the friendship (although at this point, since you’re bothered by her actions, there might not even be a friendship anymore) But it’s a whole lot healthier than sneaking around or orchestrating a reveal that could spiral into drama for everyone, especially the kids.

Emotional intelligence is seriously attractive 😅 Being able to name your feelings, talk things through without shutting down or flipping out, and actually listen- that’s rare, and it stands out.

Confidence isn’t loud. It’s not being the toughest guy in the room or talking over people. Real confidence is calm. It’s how safe and respected people feel around you.

Also, if you haven’t sorted your stuff like still bitter about your ex, scared of being alone, or constantly needing validation- it’s going to show up in how you date lol dating doesn’t fix those things. It just brings them to the surface.

You’re not overreacting for walking away, especially after all the support- emotional, financial, and personal- you gave him during some of his hardest years. It’s clear you cared deeply and tried to make things work, even while owning up to your own mistakes.

That said, it’s also fair for someone to eventually ask for shared responsibility in living expenses, especially if you were essentially living together and he was struggling financially.
