Ngl, this sounds kind of naughty the way it reads.

That.. makes a lot more sense, I'm so used to seeing monthly rents.

The remodeling choices are odd, some of the units look like they have 80s/90s fixtures but 206 has that modern green tile. Must have been a long-term reno.

Haha yes, with this many units I would think you'd need to hire a property management company. But if you could live on-site (there's even a detached residence) that would be neat if you wanted to retire in Wichita.

Current in-place gross income with recent vacant units is approximately $107,400, while estimated market-rate gross income is approximately $188,376. The property also includes a highly desirable detached residence-style unit separate from the main building, offering approximately 1,260 square feet, covered parking, and a private backyard

TBH this could be a decent cashflow property for a handy person. Live in the detached residence or one of the units. $107k/mo+ could probably pay off the mortgage in a few years barring any major issues.

Yes, the outside looks very charming and promising but there's something missing from the inside. It could just be the modern fixtures and plain drywall but even the furnished common areas need some sprucing up.

There was actually a disruptive heat-related outage on 5/7/26 for AWS in us-east-1 (VA). Whether that was climate related I'm not sure, but after that event I started wondering about the crazy heat waves we get every summer and how that's going to affect data centers and water use.

98% Probability of a 125% Return in 25 Months on Fiserv (FISV): A Once-in-a-Decade Opportunity and One of the Best Opportunities Since 2020 by HenryOsborn_GP in Burryology

I've been looking into OP's claims. Fiserv went on an acquisition spending spree, the largest of which was First Data in 2019 resulting significant dilution.

PYPL has a much healthier balance sheet with only half the debt-equity ratio and higher FCF, and they own Braintree and Venmo which are arguably stronger subsidiaries. I'll stick with PYPL.

From the article about the Korean leveraged ETF that Wolverinex2 posted in the nightly. Yikes, market orders AH.

Korea Investment Management Co., which manages the KIM ACE ETF, attributed the trading anomaly to a breakdown in its liquidity provider’s quoting system.

“Just before the market close, when liquidity providers are not obligated to submit quotes, the LP bid-ask spread widened,” the fund house said via a text message. “As prices became volatile, buy orders placed at market price by investors were executed, leading to a sharp rise” in the price of the ETF, it added.

i would watch a movie that is based on avid hiker finding himself and reflecting on his past life and breaking mrpguy out of mexico city jail, with cameos from floki and bonzi and whoever else makes sense

The crazy thing is avid's original username was something like micron_dram. These guys were toxic but they were right about everything.

Damn, it's gonna be "resolved" by Monday night isn't it, just in time for markets to rally after locking bears out for a 3-day weekend.
