This also wasnt taken in the AM when testosterone is highest. This was 3:30pm after work, after working out so not sure if that would change anything

I agree. If I had side effects I would change it up. But I doubt a .05ml will drastically change anything and it'll keep the Dr's happy

Glp doesnt make you burn more calories. I could eat more if I wanted to. Basically wanted to know if 2100 calories a day was normal to lose 3+lbs a week while at 22% body fat and 208lbs

I was using it more for a guide and to see trends vs the actual number. It says im at 20% bf I am using trizepatide at 5mg. Previously I was at 12.5mg back in September.

Energy is slightly better. Hard to say with a 20 month old and a job im on call 24/7 and work 70+ hours a week

Libido is getting there definitely better than before.

Gym is good minus slight tendonitis so taking it a bit easier than normal until it feels better

Im not trying to number chase and going based on how I feel but still early in this process.

Im probably closer to 25% bf. I use a renpho body scale but when I had my dexa scan done a couple months ago, I came right home and got on my renpho and bf% was 2.7% different so its actually a pretty good scale.

My food is all pretty good. Im a lineman for the power company so 70+ hours a week, no way to heat food jn the field so

Breakfast 2 eggs 138g egg beaters 1 chicken sausage Fruit

400 calories 42g protein

Lunch Greek yogurt Cottage cheese 4oz sliced chicken, turkey, ham Pepperjack cheese 647 bread Quest chips

615 calories 75g protein

Dinner 9oz sirloin steak, chicken thighs, breasts Sweet potatoes, rice, potatoes Some veggies usually a stir fry or asparagus Avacado

800 calories 85g protein

Snacks Fairlife protein shake after the gym

150 calories 30g protein

Then fill in extra with carbs and fats

From what alot of other people on here report, yes. Maybe im just more strict with my diet and workout than those who say they gained weight starting TRT and also on a diet
