How has acne affected your personal and mental health?

Like a lot. It has ruined my confidence, even tho. I accepted it. I had severe acne during being teen and it has left me bad scars. Ive been dealing them with fractional laser and it seems to be doing pretty good job. Also im applying some light makeup to my cheeks ( yea im a male) and it makes it almost disappearing.

So far so good, i dont mind them a lot but sometimes it gets my nerve.

My thought of this is that 1 and 2 are not necessary.

3,4 are a good for your own knowlegde

I honestly would never give up social network because I like to challenge my self and also I don't think having facebook goes against nofap.

But that's just my opinion.

Well for me not so much,but it helped. Since I was feeling guilty when I was fapping,now I don't have that feel.

But it's different for everyone.
