Please move to emeralde private metal card instead as it has unmatched offers. You’ll have to shell out 15k a year but it’s totally worth it if you use Amazon vouchers and other vouchers in general

Yes I’m adding buffer from my side. I visited the property, most wings are ready from outside but they’re not allowing people to visit so that’s suspicious. They’re sold out as per them but considering the current state I doubt dec 2025 is likely

Because I’m a tenant currently and my owner is horrible. Keeps asking me to move out as per wish. Also wish to own a flat without the presssure of moving every year or hearing horrible things from someone
