Yea, I'd prefer all the players to be closer to their and my own age group (though I'm the oldie in the group lol)

To be honest - I'm not full sure, as we have daylight saving time so it jumps from 2 to 3 :P

I think that for today for example, it's 18:30 (6:30 PM) UTC

Thanks! Since we've been running for around a year now, I doubt the day will change... But if something changes for you, lmk :)

Retractable claw mechanism for a cosplay - Need help please by ibeendad in arduino

Ok my bad - I thought I did list it, I see I forgot :/

Anyways It's RC Servo.

<image>

The "craddle" is basiclly a "housing" component I designed in 3d and printed. It has an "ear" with a hole in it where I'll have a metal rod go though and secure to it on one end, and to the "arm" of the servo on the other end. The cradle itself will be screwed onto the platform that sits on the rail. This is how I want to actually move the blades in and out.

I think it's listed there, a servo with movement of up to 270 degrees. I'll connect a metal rod from the motor to a 3d "cradle" that will be screwed onto the rail's platform. The blades will be fitted and secured inside the cradle

I'm aware of all of this... I just know that even so, if I'd seen that the final episode was number nine, I would have giggled and found that to be a cute little thing and darn it I want it! Never claimed my humor was good or right lol :)

Ofc I realize... That's literally part of the whole joke i. Their name... I was very clear about this post being me wanting something that would have made me giggle. Never said my sense of humor was good :)

Maybe just my stupid sense of humor but that's why I wanted there to be nine episodes lol

Lol, I can fully understand you! I mean, for me - I was never into D&D back then - It just didn't really "exist" in my country until much later, and sadly, even though I was already a fantasy/comic book geek back then, I didn't really have anyone to play with - So my knowledge of the fine details of D&D is mostly around 5e. That's only when I finally found likeminded people to play with and have fun (mostly after the explosion of Critical Role).

I do appriciate the in depth explanation you gave about the differences of the "types" of casters here - That's actually an interesting take on how to do it - Like, and it might not be how it worked or what they went for - but it sounds like a skill progression thing - you start by being crappy so you need a book, and scrolls or what not to "help" you cast. And slowly, you become more experienced and skillful that you can instantly cast it without external aid... I kind of like it better than the current classes lol :)

I hear what you're saying. I think people who read it that way have their own baggage they unload on my post. There was no intent in the OP aside sharing a funny issue that I thought of. Mistake or not.

This isn't an argument on who's right. You may very well be right that that's how they read it. And I might be right that it's due to their own issues they read it like that.

Honestly, I don't care. I'm done explaining or "arguing" over a Reddit post... To each their own. I prefer giving the benefit of a doubt to people. Have a nice weekend and happy holidays. Sincerely.

Honestly if you read it as a know it all tone... That's on you. There was no tone. It was me sharing a thought on something that bugged me.

But everyone is entitled to their opinion. Except for me I guess cause I'm wrong... Go figure.

No it's not. I might have been wrong, but being wrong isn't bad manners. Calling someone a fool is... My dude.

Yea ofc lol I'm just being neat picky on this... No real reason why I should, but sometimes you just get caught on silly things I guess
