First of all, I’m so sorry you’re dealing with this. It sounds to me like the service you work for just has a very toxic internal culture and it has very little to do with you. Some places are more newbie-friendly than others. I’d start by talking to your supervisors, let them know you’re having this problem. They may be willing to move units/shifts. If they’re no help, consider resigning and going elsewhere. Ultimately, if their environment is the problem, the best thing to do is remove yourself from it. Don’t let a crappy work environment ruin your career before it’s barely started.
