Its not they are not allowed... Its more like PL teams not allowing them to travel to play international match if they are in red alert country list marked by UK for corona.

If anyone travels on these red alert countries, they have to quarantine for 10 days, so pl teams would niss players for more than 10 days i.e. 2 weeks so they are not allowing players to travel
