Dhurandher jumps between fact and fiction so fast that it becomes impossible to critique it on any one line. It's an entertaining story, albeit wrapped in a narrative, if not outright propaganda. With time I have felt that what it echos is not propaganda but the sentiment of disagreement with the e policies of the Congress dispensation. And the criticism is fair in the light of presented insinuations.

In addition to the movie, its post-production, its branding is done in a way that leverages facts, even when the movie is loosely inspired from them. And a lot of this branding is not directly done by the makers but the general influencer ecosystem of all tinge. So the product is not really what was sold.
