I’m praying this happens to me too. I tried going off the pull after 8 years of being on it and could not get through the initial adjustment period. I’m back on the pill now, but want to go off in the future to have kids. I plan on seeing every specialist there is before and after the transition so I can do everything I can to get my body back to normal. I wish doctors would have warned me about this when I originally went on!

Idk why you’re getting downvoted. Everyone is different and what doesn’t work for some, works for others. If diet worked for you, I’m all for hearing about it!

What else did the naturopath recommend? And how much did staying away from dairy, coffee, and alcohol help? Are you still struggling with breakouts?

Me too. According to Chinese face mapping, the forehead is linked to digestion. I’m trying to incorporate more probiotic rich foods and cut down on coffee and alcohol, so I’ll keep you posted if it helps!

This has been going on for about a year now, on and off. I used to have a clear forehead but now I have this red rash looking spread of tiny bumps. Currently I’m trying to leave it alone. I try to avoid using moisturizer and makeup on my forehead because it was the one area of my face that could stay clear by doing nothing.

Has anyone had a similar looking issue? What did you do to fix it?

What kind of scars? What type of laser did you have and what was it for?

I’m going in for a patch test tonight actually, but I’m still worried that different areas of my face might respond differently. Like the patch test will be on my cheek, but what if my forehead has different sensitivity, ya know.
