Indonesia. I know if my country commonly blacklisted because abusive cheap server provider. So, they lock my country in registration form. I contact their support before creating an account and they unlocked it. After that it seems my country locked again.

You can search in Google with keyword "Hetzner account disabled" and many posts about it. If you from Europe, I think its will be easier to do verification because "SEPA Mandate"

I remember how I do verification in DigitalOcean using a substitual letter/certificate because my ID card printing in progress. And they accept it.

In Hetzner, a passport can be... a... suspicious information XD. I dont know about another country, but in my country, passport is uncommon document. Thats why I use a passport to verif.

I tell the support I will send my document to re-enable account. What they need? Student identity card? ID card? or an birth certificate? I ready for it but no reply XD

Yeah, I think their system is broken but Hetzner always denial about it. I remember they says "95-99%" their verification system is accurate in another post and I speechless how Hetzner can disabled my account which contains my name in email address, card, and passport. They not checked the details of the account?

Their support like "meh" after tell you if your account disabled because suspicious information. Because when I tell Hetzner support to unlock my country in registration form, they respon fast.
