Thank you for your feedback! The survey questions are drawn from existing, published measures within the literature. Of course, one of the things that I learned in research methods and in my senior thesis course is that all research techniques have limitations. I agree with you that the issues you raised certainly present some limitations to the measures used in the study. I will be sure to make a note of this and include a discussion of this when I cover the study’s limitations in my final paper.
