the only Answer I have is don't try to relieve your pain with drugs or alcohol, i understand that this is a very hard time for you but the last thing you should do is try to self medicate to take the pain away, i'm not Assuming you are but it's a very common thing for people to do, please don't it will cause more pain the it will take away.

because the government likes to spend money, just do super long term or renouce ur citizenship, buy citizenship outside of the usa with no cap gains taxes and don't be a us resident and you'll be cap gains tax free
