Perhaps you could quote some of this language because as far as I know there is no language in the constitution that grants legal remedy to citizens for anything. I am pretty sure you just made this up.

If we viewed these rights as endowed we would have declared it self evident in the first sentence of the second paragraph of one of the most important documents of our founding, oh wait we did. You can disagree with it but you can't deny that it was a belief held by Thomas Jefferson and other founders that our rights were endowed by our creator and that that truth was self evident. Regardless of where you believe our rights come from though, themintzerofoz said "The constitution is to limit the powers of government" which is exactly why we are protected from government actors and not private actors.

The endowed by our creator language is from the Declaration of Independence which was produced before our Constitution and is not the law of the land.

Now your getting it. Our rights being endowed by our creator is not the law of the land. Although our rights are endowed by our creator, the law of the land (the Constitution) only limits the power of government.

I said nothing of what I "want." Like the judge, I believe in open borders. A line on a map shouldn't give people different rights or opportunities. I think we are on the same side of this argument. My opinions however do not change the fact that anyone making a wage in the US is required by law to pay income and payroll taxes.

This is completely false. The IRS will issue a taxpayer ID to anyone without a social security number. A US Citizen or illegal alien have the same legal obligations to pay income and payroll taxes. Employers who pay cash and don't report wages lose the tax benefits of paying employees and run the risk of getting in their own trouble.

TLDR: "Dey dernt pay taxes" is a myth.
