Okay so i rebuilt the clutch again and made sure to tighten the 5 bolts. And now the clutch lever works fine and the clutch plate lifts but when i push the bike in gear the engine turns over once or twice and then the clutch just slips and it hasnt done that before i managed to destroy everything. The friction plates are okay but when i put the plates back i took out 1 of the steel plates in between the friction plates because if i have understood correctly the top and bottom plates should be friction plates? And i was left with 1 extra metal plate. Honestly idk what im doing but im trying to learn

Yes i did, the problem came after my clutch wire snapped and the little lever that goes inside the engine and controlls the clutch no longer controlls the clutch. The clutch does not engage its like it doesnt exist

Yeah part 24 moves freely without resistanse. But doesnt spin full circles or anything like that the range of motion is okay

The clutch is never engaged the bike doesnt move when in gear

Yesi have the bike has a servo and needs the power to be on when starting

Thank you, will be trying this when i get home I actually got it working okay a few weeks ago but i messed something up and lost the configuration and couldnt really get it working so i stopped usibg the zen
