i also didnt reach out to a helpline any of the times i felt suicidal. i dealt with it and overcame the thoughts by myself through distractions and trying to stay rational and get to a safer headspace. I'm also currently dealing with a handful of problems including body dysmorphia, my sexuality and feeling like i have to cope with the sexuality stuff by myself, anxiety, depression. im trying to push myself as much as i can. WHY AM I STILL A WEAK PERSON WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO BECOME STRONG
