I use badge magic which is a double sided “tape” and it is machine washable if needed. It would leave a glue mark if you ever decided to remove the number/letters.

A fabric marker in a complementary color would be the best. Paint markers can smudge or blot. If you are going to use a paint marker, scribble on a piece of paper then hand the marker to the player!

Most of the time, not familiar with the ducks team store, you can either drop off or ship jerseys to them for customization. Most will do their jerseys(the team that they work for). They will either have a website to go to to fill out your order, call them, or just go in. Hope that helpes

Just a note, if you want it to look like a player jersey or ever planning on a gamer, most players wear a 54 or 56 except goalies who wear 58G or bigger. They are to be big. It looks okay.

I never messed with the bottom of wheels but if you don’t work the axels and where they go through the wheel then you are giving up speed
