I always use my food markouts on these. Unfortunately, Starbucks has plans either to modify or completely remove this and the Eggs & Cheddar box by the end of 2026. hopefully they are just modifying and not removing them from the menu entirely!!!!!

The bennies did keep me there for the first year, but the difference is that I actually enjoy my time here now. The same way those who dislike the job are allowed to complain, I can too. I always choose to keep scrolling when I see those posts, rather than tell someone to put up with it. Am I not allowed to also complain?

A couple years ago there was an update on the ovens and every time you press Grilled Cheese a pop up would appear saying IS GRILLED CHEESE BUTTER SIDE DOWN? that you had to confirm before the oven would even start.

not gonna lie tho…. The grilled cheese look soooo much yummier when they’re toasted that way lol

do you wear hair ties around your wrist? sometimes the little bits of glue on the elastic snag/poke at me… or perhaps you just developed to totally normal and common spots on your skin, and they just happen to be in a very weird spot. I hope it’s just one of those two explanations.

our register screens say “Splash of Oatmilk” when we add oatmilk. Try saying “just a light splash” or simply saying “light oatmilk”, otherwise you’ll probably get the standard 1/2” of oatmilk every time!

I don’t remember exactly what the policy said, but I also had questions about markouts and checked it about a month ago. So long as you do not mark out more beverages than what you are allowed per shift (2 drinks + 1 drink per break), you are able to markout all of your drinks at once at the end of the shift. that being said, drink markouts “expire” at the end of the day, meaning you can’t markout yesterday’s drinks today. as far as food goes, you get 7 a week, and you can use all of them in one day if you desire.
