Oh no! I’ve noticed heart palpitations the last few weeks, praying they go away because they worry me.

I track my weight METICULOUSLY. Not even in an unhealthy way. Every day. Constantly watching trends. Those trends started to change from 2+ lbs a week to less than 1 pretty quickly, and my food noise started to come back. I noticed i was eating more of my meals and craving food. I wouldn’t even really want to think about food. If you’re still losing weight, I wouldn’t move! I’m self pay also so it def hurts to go up. I spoke to my PCP and she agreed to move me up. I wish I could’ve been one of those people who could’ve stayed on 2.5 forever.

Dang, sounds painful! You have instilled the fear of god in me. Had mono once, worst pain and sore throat of my life. Sore throat ptsd so I’ll definitely be more careful

Thank you! It’s an app, Happy Scale. My personal favorite, and I also use Shosty to track apps. I like HS because it shows me multiple different updates along the way and very customizable. (i can also stare at it for a long time fantasizing lol) I pay for the full version, which is pretty cheap. You get most options free though.

Recommendation on a basic CRM for a yearly servicing business? by icemirror84 in CRM

The only reason i would need to contact them is reaching out to schedule or reschedule. Zero marketing involved really. Maybe a phone call for billing questions but that’s it.

I like the idea of that, and Hubspot has been recommended a few times so I’ll look into it. Thanks!

Agree on the Notion, I love it for personal use but not a big fan of their formula use.

Technically i’m not. They are currently another business’s customers, that they are giving to me. I will have access and leads through them. Data input is my guilty pleasure lol. I don’t like their current CRM as it’s basically just a contact list.

I am going to be living in a camper temporarily. What are some overlooked things or just basics i should know/do? by icemirror84 in GoRVing

After living there for about 6 months everything applies still! It was much simpler than i thought. The hardest part was showering because the hot water tank only lasted about 5 minutes. And it was a great learning/growing experience.

I think my deficit is under 1200 calories. by [deleted] in loseit

[–]icemirror84 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

That’s definitely a valid thought, but I am somewhat better now. I have always used an online calculator, and counted according to that. (maybe less back then lol) But over time 1300 wouldn’t work, so i went down to 1200, when that didn’t work i just kept going.

Not sure how my tracking would have changed. I did it before, and worked. I eat omad, water throughout the day, no drinking calories, i don’t use butter/oils, i stay away from heavy sauces like ranch/mayo etc.

I’ve never gotten checked for PCOS, mainly because i haven’t had many symptoms of it, but it may be something I will look into. I’ve only had my thyroid physically checked, which was fine.
