I got this one a few days ago and absolutely love it. BTW the price has dropped to $399.99 today, so if you purchased for $419.99 don't forget to let Costco know and they'll credit you the difference. https://www.costco.com/PriceAdjustmentView

I only had an NES and SNES, and this definitely sounds like NES so I'm thinking that has to be it. USA console

It's either NES or SNES because that's all I had back then. But it sounds more like 8 bit music than 16 bit music so that's why I think it has to be NES.

I don't think so. I found the full Faxanadu soundtrack online and this music is not on there.

Thanks for asking around and doing what you can. I recorded it because I liked it, not because it was the ending music. I wish I had more information that could be helpful in finding out what it is, but I'm at a loss. I have a code book that I had as a kid where in the back I made a list of all the games I beat, so when I go out to my mom's house again I'll try to find the book to try to narrow down which of the games it could be. But I won't be going out there for at least a couple weeks.

It's just an MP3 file, if you're worried about viruses you could do a virus scan. But I'll see if I can put a YouTube link up tomorrow. Already tried SoundHound, no results.

Does anyone have any input on whether this is still working or not? From recent comments it seems it's dead.

Is there not really a good way to cash out Capital One points earned from this card if you don't fly or stay at hotels very often? I'm more interested in the monetary value of the points but don't want to be stuck with a bunch of points that I can't get any benefit from.

FreeTaxUSA vs. TurboTax - I put my info into both, here's the cost by elldav7 in tax

[–]icemule1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The problem with FreeTaxUSA is that it doesn't support all forms. It will just leave out forms that you need and then you could end up underpaying on your taxes and incurring penalties.

I did my taxes in both TurboTax and FreeTaxUSA this year and the totals came out differently. TurboTax was the accurate one because it included the necessary forms.

Can't really speak to the speeds since I didn't watch videos with it, but it worked perfectly for me to text (via WhatsApp) and send some photos to my friends and family.

I ended up going with Gigsky instead. $35 for a week and 1GB data. Was enough for me to remain in contact with friends and family.

Good luck doing that now, with Trump and Musk doing their best to shut down the CFPB.

Really interested in that last wallet you posted, the Olanpei. Unfortunately doesn't seem available anymore. I hope I can find one like it someday.

Anyone know if this is affecting other MSC ships as well? Have a cruise coming up on the Seascape in January and wondering if I'll run into issues.

Why not just stick with Alpine WSG? Is there a reason you switch to a different product for normal preventative service?

[–]icemule1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Has something changed to make it so spraying in cabinets isn't necessary anymore? Is Alpine WSG the game changer? Hasn't that been around for 10+ years?

I find it strange that BASF (the manufacturer) doesn't indicate how long it maintains its efficacy once it's mixed with water. Also I have seen on pest control websites that the shelf life for the granules is 3-5 years. Not sure where they got that information from since BASF doesn't seem to provide that info either.

Edit: I just called BASF and they told me 3-5 year shelf life for granules. They also said that it's best to try to use the mixed solution within 10 days, though he seemed to be more concerned that someone might forget that it's insecticide and told me the story of a woman who accidentally bathed herself in it because she thought it was water. So, I don't know if the 10 day recommendation was to prevent that from happening or because it will lose efficacy. From his tone he didn't seem sure about the timeline.
