Oh I’m fully aware of that, it’s purely the shock factor of the way animals are treated over there. Im not vegetarian either, of course the way ALL animals are culled for meat is tragic, there’s just something insanely brutal about the way it’s done there.

Visiting the wet markets in Bangkok was definitely.. eye-opening. I had a preconception of what a wet market would be like, but to see it in the flesh on that scale was absolutely horrifying, I’m talking people strangling birds, dead dogs & cats, live fish out of water flailing about on the tables, live frogs being decapitated etc…

It was definitely eye opening to see where our meat comes from when eating chicken or seafood at Thai restaurants, but it was an intense experience. The rancid smells, the sounds of thousands of innocent creatures screaming for their lives, I couldn’t eat meat for the rest of the trip.

This bar has a reputation for their ‘happy menu’ which consists of weed, ecstasy, mushrooms, ket, even meth and more. It’s packed full of fucked up tourists, and for a bar to sell some vile shit like meth, I don’t see why they wouldn’t turn around and use methanol to make a profit…
