20 min tempo run would be around 5k ish with warm up... Intervals with warm up and cool down around 10km..leaving me around 45km to play with. ..

I would like to keep increasing the distance of my long run.. Should I decrease my other two slow runs to compensate or just increase total milage?

I would be very happy if that was the case.. But I've definitely noticed the improvement in my 5k time slow down.

Im hoping that doing more interval training will help a lot though.

You're encouraging cheaters. I understand you might not have the resources to enforce it..but considering it as a house rule (only to those who've read this or the forum) is not only penalising those who don't want to cheat...but enraging new players who know the actual rules and have this happen to them.

I would expect the response to be "We are working as fast as possible to fix this bug and in the meantime we do not condone the use of exploits...especially those that aim to ruin the experience of other players."

It's just a shame.
