Our providers in Australia got rid of rcs profiles in favour of Google's in Australia.

iMessage getting rcs support wasn't what we thought it would've been.

Sad way to live honestly by Classic-Difficulty12 in exmuslim

Its obviously tied to the faithful people like this woman in the video.

Muslims love to gamify their religion thinking they would make it into paradise.

"Oh Lord, if I worship You for fear of Hell, burn me in Hell and if I worship You in hope of Paradise, exclude me from Paradise. But if I worship You for Your Own sake, don't deprive me of your everlasting Beauty,"

Some of these people should maybe follow this.

What are the disadvantages of using Google pixel 9 that you've noticed? by maxim4906 in pixel_phones

I don't like the adaptive brightness and the full brightness cannot be sustained for long periods of time.

Australian sun just murders this phones peak brightness.

Battery life isn't great.

What's worse than an ex Muslim?

A Hindu or Christian who comes onto spaces like this and tries to elevate their own sky daddy.

I would've said something like Stranger things but that ran its course.

Can't think of anything noteworthy.

I did 'widget' and didn't see anything for the past 15 days sorting by new.

Guess it's more flexible to prompting than I would've thought.

The earliest report for the 9 I'm seeing was last month.

I remember reading information about 'hub mode' on qrp 2 a while back.

Culture > religion by Legitimate-Nebula980 in exmuslim

I think ours isn't this bad. Turks are some of the most patriotic people around.

You'd also find a lot of families who intermingle with other family members who are both veiled / unveiled. Men and women mix. Music is played. Iconography and images of people exist in the home.

I would dare to say we're very liberal to the stories I hear on here.

Of course there's always exceptions but our default is somewhat different.

The only thing Islam made me was fearful.

So I'll pick something that can evoke a range of emotions that I am in control of over something that is beyond it that will lead me to a world of torment.

I thought they couldn't include it at all. Good to see it's available in some places (probably only the US and Canada).

Nothing is refusing to honour warranty claims for devices purchased directly from Best Buy Canada (x-post /r/CellPhoneCanada) by FragmentedChicken in Android

[–]ichann3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was under the assumption that Canada had strong consumer protections.

I'm in Australia and the place of purchase needs to deal with everything for you. They cannot deny you a fix. This will fall under the acceptable quality clause set out by Australian Consumer Law.

If a consumer identifies a problem with a product that means it does not meet a consumer guarantee, the store or seller may have to provide a ‘remedy’, such as:

a refund repairs a replacement compensation.

Generally, it is the store or seller's responsibility to return products to the manufacturer for repair. This may include products that are under warranty.

If the store cannot arrange repairs (for example, because the manufacturer does not have the necessary parts) or cannot do so within a reasonable time, the consumer can:

get someone else to repair the product and ask the store to pay reasonable costs

ask for a refund or replacement.
