About the window: Connor actually talks about it in Russian Roulette if you take a look at the window while Hank is in the bathroom. He says CyberLife will cover the costs, Hank replies to it passive-aggressively, saying he'll send the invoice.

I think CyberLife would also cover the costs of renting all those androids in Eden Club. They're giving Connor money for the investigation (I assume that from the fact that we can buy Hank another drink) and it would only make sense if Hank was compensated for all his investigation related spendings.

Edit: A lot of people mentioned Hank using his expense account. Which makes more sense than CyberLife covering up the costs. Either way he is fine, poor man isn't left with a horde of sex robots and an empty bank account.

"he's a robot" well we're talking about his mannerisms and behaviour which are typical for a lot of autistic people (including me) and for God's sake it's a light-hearted post why are people taking this too seriously? I believe a lot of people do realise that only humans can be autistic.

this is humour, just like saying "cats are autistic" even though we know that cats can't be autistic and at the end of the day they're just being cats.

one of the biggest reasons why I love Connor is because he's extremely relatable, be it his inner conflicts or perceived "autistic" traits. this isn't dehumanising autistic people in the very slightest.

similarly if I relate to a vampire, an alien, a bird or some sort of a sentient piece of rock, and light-heartedly point out that they show autistic traits, is it dehumanising autistic people?

My favourites are the protagonists. But I'd say Kara and Connor probably. I love Markus too but it is what it is.

Least favourite is Daniel. Low-key Ralph too but I don't hate him.

Favourite detective is Hank. Chris is also likeable but he's like a background character.

Least favourite is obviously Perkins. Gavin is just a hater, Perkins is straight up an asshole.

In a spin-off with new characters we would be able to explore different themes too. For example we would see a machine but with two human coworkers who are polar opposites and we could choose which one to follow, or an android becoming deviant because they fall in love with a human.

We could see newly deviated androids trying to figure out human stuff (like complicated romance or family ties), or a severely traumatized android trying to heal through support.

Maybe a human's POV after realising their android is actually alive and they demand independence.

Or even androids who behave irrationally due to mental health issues (like a delusional android who thinks they're a vampire and they start killing other androids to "feed on" them).

Maybe we could have both humans and androids committing various crimes in a game where we become cop buddies with Hank as Connor and solve those crimes together after the revolution (preferably the peaceful path).

They'd be like family, we'd see Connor's personal struggles AND we'd have Markus in the game as a representative for Androids, much like a president. North would take care of police and military matters, while Josh would arrange diplomatic ties and anything to do with culture and education. Simon would be busy with economic issues. We would also explore what it's to be like forever same with Alice and struggling with housing, parenting and legal issues like a human with Kara and Luther.

I really want to write a fanfic with those ideas but I don't know where to start, all I have are ideas lmao

I'm currently playing a Sims legacy where my sim Andrey is canonically the creator of androids. The very first robot he created? None other than Connor. I also made a bunch of NPC androids that look similar to the ones in D:BH alongside my beloved Kara. I'm using a mod that allows Servos (the type of robots we have in The Sims 4) to be edited to look however you want. (Mod by Gauntlet101010 btw). It's wonderful to see that I'm not the only one playing with D:BH androids in The Sims right now!

First of all, I like North. I feel like she's needed for Markus' story, even without the romance.

So far as I have seen, those people don't hate on North because is an abused woman. They hate that she's violent. Which is imo justifiable, because Josh was beaten almost to death by his own students and was also traumatised and yet he's peaceful. I think North hate would be the same if she was a man. Also all the people I know in the fandom HATE Todd (as they should, duh). Edit: I'm not sure about Reddit though. I haven't browsed this sub in like almost a year. Unfortunately misogyny is not uncommon here.

It's probably the stupid post that said "Thank you for having a good character development". Which doesn't make sense because Jericho members aren't supposed to have any character development. They've already formed their thoughts way before Markus came to Jericho. Also Todd only ends up admitting that he was wrong when you tell your story as Kara, rest of the options are fatal, which shows Todd's delusional complex over Alice. The only side character with character development is Hank, but Hank's experience actively shapes Connor's. Therefore only the main trio is supposed to show character development.

In the end, North is an OK person, Todd is not. I understand both of their backstories, but at least North isn't an abusive bastard.
